The BC-2800 is a floor-standing band saw with a compact, rigid stainless steel frame, designed for cutting rooms and meat processors. It cuts fresh meat on the bone, frozen products and fish, with a Ø 300 mm wheel, a 2,720 mm blade and a 280 mm cutting width.
Blade and wheel scrapers give clean cuts, without the bone splinters of hand cutting. The smooth interior is easy to clean because the mechanical parts are kept apart from the cutting area.
