testo 103 folding penetration thermometer
The testo 103 is the pocket thermometer for checking core food temperatures in kitchens, meat processing rooms, butcher shops and supermarkets. Its folding probe switches the instrument on when unfolded and fits in any jacket pocket, always to hand and protected.
It measures from -30 to +220 ºC with an accurate NTC sensor (±0.5 ºC from -30 to +99.9 ºC), is splash-proof (IP55) and is certified to EN 13485 and ICT/155/2020, in line with HACCP self-check systems.
