testo 831 infrared thermometer
The testo 831 is a pistol-grip infrared thermometer designed for the food sector: it checks the surface temperature of products at goods receiving, in storage and at the point of sale in seconds and without contact, with no need to open packaging or touch the food.
It measures from -30 to +210 ºC with a 0.5 s cycle and backlit display. To confirm the core temperature when the surface value is close to the limit, a set with the testo 106 penetration thermometer is available.
