Talsa K55s Suprem bowl cutter, 55 litre bowl
The Talsa K55s Suprem is a professional digital bowl cutter for workshops and meat processors with medium output. Its 55 L bowl takes ± 7 to 40 kg of soft mix and ± 7 to 30 kg of hard mix, with a total power of 16.5 kW (22.5 HP).
It cuts at high speed (up to 5000 rpm) and mixes slowly, from 50 to 500 rpm forward or reverse. It handles meat, vegetables, fish, vegetarian dishes and special doughs, and quickly processes even frozen mixes. It is operated from a 15″ touch screen with TalsaControl 4.0, which stores recipes and allows remote support.
