Floral flavor, dry from the Caryophillus aromaticus Linnaeus. It has four closed petals, surrounded by a chalice with four triangular lobes. Its color is bright brown.
Fruity, phenolic and sweet aroma reminiscent of wood. Its flavor is also fruity, somewhat bitter and astringent.
