Berkel B3 manual flywheel slicer, 300 mm blade
The Berkel Volano B3 is a manual flywheel slicer for homes, restaurants and gourmet shops slicing ham and cold meats in front of their guests. A flywheel slicer with a large cutting capacity and a look inspired by vintage models, with high-end finishes and Berkel’s precise cut.
Ø 300 mm 100Cr6 chromed steel blade, slices from 0 to 1.5 mm and a cutting capacity of Ø 210 mm round or 270 × 210 mm rectangular. Available in red or black.

- Fast feed and millimetric plate adjustment.
- Thickness adjustable from 0 to 1.5 mm, and a very thin last slice to use the whole piece.

- Adjustable rubber feet in different configurations.
- Releasable plate and quick-release steel slice deflector for thorough cleaning.
- Removable technopolymer receiving tray, dishwasher safe.
- Full blade guard ring opened by a screw mechanism, fixed rear guard ring and ergonomic controls.
It can be mounted on the Berkel pedestal for B3, Tribute and B114, matching the slicer colour.
