Berkel B2 manual flywheel slicer, 265 mm blade

The Berkel Volano B2 is a manual flywheel slicer for homes, restaurant tables and counters with little space. It is the smallest of Berkel’s flywheel family: it fits almost anywhere while keeping a 265 mm blade, gold decorations and the brand’s perfect cut.

Ø 265 mm 100Cr6 chromed steel blade, slices from 0 to 1.35 mm and a cutting capacity of Ø 176 mm round or 190 × 165 mm rectangular. Available in red or black.

• The flywheel protrudes only 33 mm below the worktop, so drawers underneath can still be opened; a kit to raise the machine by 22 mm is included.
