Infrico BMGN 1960 EN refrigerated salad prep counter: the longest size in the range
The Infrico BMGN 1960 EN is a salad prep counter from the GN 1/1 700 Series (700 mm deep) with 3 doors and a refrigerated top section to keep ingredients at hand. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and measures 1960 × 700 × 850/1100 mm. With these dimensions it is designed for kitchens and outlets with a high workload.
It works between 0 °C and +6 °C with fan-assisted cooling and a built-in condensing unit, digital control and R290 refrigerant. It has 465 + 85 litres of capacity and 70 mm polyurethane insulation.
