The handle used in this series is a REVOLUTIONARY ERGONOMIC HANDLE, composed of: a hard Polypropylene (PP) core in the heart of the handle and a special soft rubber coating.
This mixture of materials provides great comfort and adaptability in use, as well as being a non-hygroscopic material (does not absorb liquids), resistant to high temperatures and non-slip.
COLOUR IDENTIFIERS: Each knife can be identified according to the food to be cut, through the use of coloured polypropylene caps, thus achieving a better hygienic-sanitary control for the consumer, based on European regulations.
