Mainca RC-40 mixer-kneader, 40 litres

The RC-40 is a benchtop mixer-kneader with a 40 l (± 25 kg) bowl, designed for pilot plants and small production runs. It suits the meat industry as well as food service and catering: dressing salads, mixing food or seasoning.

The paddles turn both ways: one direction mixes and the other kneads, removing air from inside the mix. The result is a homogeneous, bubble-free mix, essential for good sausage curing.

  • Works equally well with small quantities or a full load.
  • High liquid absorption and good control of product moisture. With the bowl breakers removed it can also be used for massaging.
  • T-shaped paddles removable by hand without tools, and a tilting bowl to unload the product.
  • Very quiet gear-motor drive. AISI 304 stainless steel construction. Net weight 74 kg.

Three-phase motor 0.75 HP (230/400 V 50 Hz) or single-phase version (230 V 50 Hz). Mainca references: 1RC40R (three-phase, 0.75 HP), 1RC40A (single-phase). Options: castor wheels, stainless steel support table.
