The portable pH meter is a specific kit, created for the analysis of pH in meat and meat products.
The pH meter includes the FC 232D electrode which has many features that guarantee a correct measurement without contamination of the food product.
It has a blade on the electrode to penetrate more easily into meat products.
HI 99163 is supplied complete with FC232D electrode, FC 099 blade, pH4 and pH7 solution sachets, HI 700630 cleaning solution, batteries, instructions and robust carrying case.
