Powder compound of different seasonings for poultry burgers. Balanced mix of natural spices and additives.
Use: Manufacture of BURGER MEAT type 911
How to use: At the maximum dose of 35g per kg of meat paste. Add to the dough 30g of cereals and / or vegetables. See manufacturing instructions.
Composition: Salt, cereals (corn), sugars (lactose, dextrose), spices, preservative (E-221), antioxidants (E-300, E-331), aroma and coloring (E-120).
Allergens: Contains milk and its derivatives (including lactose), Sulfite (E-220-E-227)> 10ppm
