The testo 104-IR BT measures surface temperature by infrared and core temperature with its folding penetration probe, just like the testo 104-IR, but adds Bluetooth and testo Smart App connectivity.
The app includes a dedicated programme for the control points and critical control points (CP/CCP) of the HACCP plan: readings are transmitted and saved automatically, error-prone manual records are avoided and full traceability is available for internal audits and inspections. It also works without the app.
