The testo 105 is an ergonomic, very rugged T-handle penetration thermometer that is operated with one hand and can be washed under the tap (IP65). It is particularly popular in the meat industry and for handling frozen goods.
Its probe tips are interchangeable: the 100 mm standard tip, a 200 mm long tip and a drill tip to pierce frozen products. Two limit values with visual and audible alarm can be set.
