The testo 106 is the most practical penetration thermometer for quick core temperature checks: it takes up to two readings per second and its fine 2.3 mm tip leaves hardly any mark on the product.
Limit values with visual and audible alarm can be set and, with the TopSafe case, it reaches IP67 and is protected against impacts and dirt. It is light (80 g), easy to use and ready to measure instantly.
