The testo 108 is a one-hand thermometer designed for the food industry: IP67 waterproof with the probe fitted, accurate (±0.5 ºC from -30 to +70 ºC) and with a typical battery life of 2,500 hours.
It works with plug-in thermocouple probes (type T, and type K on the testo 108), so the probe can be changed to suit the application. The testo 108-2 version uses a bayonet connector that secures the probe and keeps the instrument watertight in wet environments.
