Made of stainless steel. AISI 304 with a fine frosted exterior finish and smoked methacrylate hinged door to reduce ultraviolet light output.
Double 48cm long magnetic bar where you can insert 18 pieces thanks to the special strength of these magnetic supports.
With a depth of 12 cm, you can use the lower part to store stainless steel mesh gloves, chopper plates and blades or any tool of smaller dimensions.
Disinfection time of 40 minutes.
To start it up, you will have to turn the time roulette 360º, thus having a timer of 60 minutes.
