Description

Integral disinfection cabinet with sloping roof, ultraviolet light disinfection system, 11 watt lamp and 8,000 hours of useful life.

Knife holder with 15 slots for maximum capacity and possibility of inserting both large and very small knives.

Also available with a 32 cm long double magnetic bar, model 100SM. You can insert 12 pieces thanks to the special strength of these magnetic holders.

With a depth of 12 cm, you can use the lower part to store stainless steel mesh gloves, chopper plates and blades or any tool of smaller dimensions.

Installation in small spaces, 35 cm wide by 58 cm high.

Disinfection time of 40 minutes. To start it up, the time roulette must be turned 360º, thus having a timer of 60 minutes.

Made of stainless steel. AISI 304 with a fine ground exterior finish and smoked methacrylate hinged door to reduce ultraviolet light output. Lever lock in polypropylene and stainless steel, hinges in stainless steel AISI 304. We also have a key lock for greater control and security of the tools.

Maximum length of knives: 45cm total length.
