The Bernad white ham drip cone is a plastic drip catcher that collects in a cup the fat that hams and shoulders release. It is placed under the drip point so the fat does not end up on the floor or on display surfaces, helping to keep the work area and the product presentation tidier.

How it works: empty the cup without taking the ham down

Each cone consists of a fixing spike and a removable cup. The spike stays in place while you remove the cup to empty it and fit it back.
