tiendabernad.com reserves the right to modify any item of its catalogs and prices being customers warned in advance and those changes will not be applicable for purchases already formalized.
We try to deliver all orders with payment confirmed before 4:00 p.m. to their destination and to arrive the next day, but in some occasions it is possible that for longer destinations (in and out of Spain) or because it is not a working day it takes up to 72 hours or more.
In case of large orders with different references, the order may be delayed in the preparation so we advise to make them before 12:00 pm.
On Friday afternoons, weekends and holidays, orders will be accepted but their shipment will not be made until the next business day.
Delays in sending an item can not in any case give rise to claims for damages as long as the delay is attributable to a failure or error outside of tiendabernad.com
Merchandise insurance included
Although the products sold by tiendabernad.com are not particularly fragile and are properly padded in their own packaging, all shipments have goods insurance, so if upon receipt of the order you check that the package has been opened or is visibly damaged, please do so stated on your delivery sheet so we can process the relevant claim to the carrier if necessary.
False orders or false identities
tiendabernad.com reserves the right to cancel an order if the information provided is incorrect or false.
Each order is related to a specific IP address, which is not usually used for any particular function. However, we reserve the right to use them to take legal action against people who make false orders of material, without any intention of collecting or paying for it. In these situations, we will act by means of criminal law, under the established legal system, and in collaboration with police forces. The appropriate measures shall be taken to put an end to these fraudulent orders.
Exchanges & Refunds
Before signing the delivery note to the carrier, the customer must check and confirm the number of packages and their status.
To process merchandise returns (hereinafter, MR) or refunds the customer must first contact with tiendabernad.com where an MR sheet will be generated, which must be attached to the shipment.
If the change is due to an error on the part of the client (a mistake making the order) and the client informs it outside the term of the withdrawal right, the client will bear the shipping costs.
In the event that the error was tiendabernad.com fault, the customer will receive the requested goods at no additional cost.
To accept a refund, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original content. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.
It is very IMPORTANT that you return / exchange the products perfectly packaged. In case the product (s) is damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
You just have to contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and we will indicate the steps to follow for making a return.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
The client has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal proceeding to the return of the item or items (according to articles 68 and following of Royal Decree 1/2007, by which the Consolidated Text is approved. General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, according to the wording introduced by Law 3/2014, of March 27, Spanish Law).
The paid amount will be refunded in the same way as the consumer paid for the purchase. To do so, you must contact tiendabernad.com beforehand and send us the product duly and pay for the freight amount, under art. 73 Royal Decree 1/2007.
Defective products (RMA)
If the merchandise arrives defective, the customer must contact tiendabernad.com within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer has received the requested material to proceed to return the product/s.
After this period, if the customer thinks that the product is defective, he must notify it to tiendabernad.com and send it freight paid. Once the status of the product is verified, a coupon will be created for the amount plus free shipping, or the payment of the amount of the product or a change thereof for another of equal characteristics. Until the status is verified, no amount will be refunded nor the product will be exchanged (according to articles 120 and 123 Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

The products offered in tiendabernad.com have a guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery or until the useful life of the product.
The manufacturer is in charge of supporting the guarantee of those.
The guarantee covers the exchange of the product for a new one provided that the defect is for manufacturing reasons. In no case, tiendabernad.com will return the amount of purchases satisfied, may remain in case of payments, the outstanding balance to offset other purchases.
Any order placed at www.tiendabernad.com necessarily implies the acceptance without reservations by the client of the provisions in these conditions.
The parties submit at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
