GRAEF VA804 FB INTERLEAVER automatic slicer

The GRAEF VA804 FB INTERLEAVER automatic slicer is the VA804 FB with conveyor belt and interleaver, which places separating paper between slices or portions so they can be packed without sticking together.

AutoMaster technology

• Automatic slice depositing with stainless spring-steel paddles that return to their position on their own.
• Patented stainless-steel chain frame (one-piece links with spikes): universal frame as standard for heights from 30 to 180 mm; optional cheese and meat frames.
• Side-mounted control terminal with splash-proof membrane keypad: intuitive operation and minimal training.
• Presentation programs: left / centre / right and front / middle / back placement, up to 4 stacks, circular placement (3 diameters) and lengthwise or crosswise shingling in up to 4 rows.
• Programmable number of slices and portions, with pauses in continuous mode to remove the product.
• Low build, double ball-bearing gearbox and integrated motor cooling.
• Smooth Cera 3-coated blade (product does not stick), narrow blade guard and closed blade cover plate.

What is the difference between the VA802, VA804 and VA806?

The carriage length: the VA802 is the most compact, the VA804 has a medium carriage and is the most versatile, and the VA806 has the longest carriage for longer products. The slicing and depositing technology is the same.

What do FB, FBK and INTERLEAVER mean?

FB means the machine places the slices on a conveyor belt; FBK is the short-belt version; INTERLEAVER adds a separating-paper interleaver. Without these letters, slices are placed on a tray.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes: the carriage folds down to access the cutting area and the Cera 3-coated blade prevents product from sticking.
