The MAINCA CD-300 semi-automatic slicer is a meat and cold-cut slicer with automatic carriage movement: the motor drives the carriage over a fixed stroke while the Ø 300 mm blade cuts slices up to 15 mm thick. Ideal model for the hospitality sector. Fixed carriage speed.

CD-300 or CD-350: which one?
The MAINCA CD-350 semi-automatic slicer is the higher-capacity alternative. The CD-300 has a 300 mm blade, slices up to 15 mm and a fixed carriage speed; the CD-350 has a 350 mm blade, slices up to 25 mm, variable carriage speed and a 0.37 kW motor.
