Description
Kolossal 300 VK BV slicer, 300 mm blade
The Kolossal 300 VK BV is a vertical ham slicer from the Kolossal line, Manconi’s top range of slicers. With a Ø 300 mm blade and gear drive, it is designed for delicatessens and shops slicing cured ham and all kinds of cold meats. The angled pusher tilts and is shaped to hold the piece better; the product locking mechanism is simple and reliable.
It cuts slices from 0 to 24 mm with a cutting capacity of Ø 220 mm · 250 × 200 mm. Power supply: Single-phase 230 V 340 W, Three-phase 230/400 V 230 W.
