When frozen product is divided in batches, the risk is not cutting it badly: it is the product spending too long out of the cold store.
The practical way to handle it is to work in small runs: take out only what will be cut in a few minutes, cut it with a band in good condition that gets through quickly, and put the product straight back. A spent blade stretches every cut and turns an operation measured in minutes into a temperature problem.

No. If the surface has actually thawed, that product should not go back into the freezer. This is exactly why speed at the saw matters, and why a band that makes you insist on every cut is a false economy.
The steel copes well with low temperature; what wears it is the hardness of the material. The cold effect worth watching is condensation: when you finish, the band is damp and has to be dried or it will rust.
Yes, and that is normal: the effort is greater than with fresh meat. What is not normal is the machine bogging down or overheating. If that happens, have the equipment checked before carrying on.
It is not the right choice: this version is designed for frozen product. For bone-in meat, the right option is the bone version (4 TPI).
