Infrico BMPP 1500 EN refrigerated salad prep counter: the most compact size in the range
The Infrico BMPP 1500 EN is a salad prep counter from the 600 Series (600 mm deep) with 2 doors and a refrigerated top section to keep ingredients at hand. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and measures 1468 × 600 × 1100 mm. With these dimensions it fits into tight spaces while still offering useful capacity.
It works between 0 °C and +6 °C with fan-assisted cooling and a built-in condensing unit, digital control and R290 refrigerant. It has 250 + 50 litres of capacity and 70 mm polyurethane insulation.
