Infrico FCR 1P controlled proving cabinet: the largest capacity in the range
The Infrico FCR 1P is a controlled proving cabinet from the FC 900 Series (960 mm deep) with 1 door, designed to take a complete trolley. It measures 876 × 1090 × 2414 mm. With these dimensions it is designed for kitchens with a high volume of products.
It works between -5 °C and +40 °C with fan-assisted cooling and digital control. It has 1224 litres of capacity and 80 mm polyurethane insulation.
