The Infrico VIP 1740 1/4 T is a countertop refrigerated unit from the VIP range that keeps pizza, sandwich and baguette ingredients close at hand. It takes GN 1/4 containers and comes with stainless steel lid, which protects them when not in use. It measures 1733 × 353 × 260 mm. With these dimensions it balances the space it takes up with the amount of product on show.
It keeps ingredients between -1 °C and +7 °C with fan-assisted cooling, digital control and R600a refrigerant. It offers 48 litres of capacity and 0.31 m² of surface, with a power rating of 125 W and energy consumption of 1.39 kWh per 24 hours.
