The Infrico VIP 2300 1/3 T is a countertop refrigerated unit from the VIP range that keeps pizza, sandwich and baguette ingredients close at hand. It takes GN 1/3 containers and comes with stainless steel lid, which protects them when not in use. It measures 2300 × 413 × 260 mm. With these dimensions it is designed for long counters and outlets with a wide variety of products.
It keeps ingredients between -1 °C and +7 °C with fan-assisted cooling, digital control and R600a refrigerant. It offers 70 litres of capacity and 0.45 m² of surface, with a power rating of 125 W and energy consumption of 1.45 kWh per 24 hours.
