Kolossal 330 IK SA (automatic) slicer, 330 mm blade
The Kolossal 330 IK SA (automatic) is a automatic inclined slicer from the Kolossal line, Manconi’s top range of slicers. With a Ø 330 mm blade and gear drive, it is designed for shops, food service and retail with high slicing volumes of cold meats, cheeses and cooked meats. It has all the features of the manual 330 IK plus simple, intuitive automatic slicing: three carriage speeds and three stroke lengths.
It cuts slices from 0 to 24 mm with a cutting capacity of long stroke Ø 240 mm; 290 × 210 mm; medium stroke Ø 200 mm; 200 × 200 mm; short stroke Ø 110 mm; 110 × 110 mm. Power supply: Single-phase 230 V 560 W.
