The PLUS low bollard with 2 outlets (model BB-PLUS-2S) is a protection post 250 mm high and Ø 100 mm that is anchored to the floor to protect walls, doors, pillars, racks and cold room panels from impacts by pallet trucks, stackers and forklifts. We make it in Spain.
The PLUS range offers high protection and is used in facilities with heavy loads moving at high speeds, including forklifts. Its core is a class 8.8 steel rod, Ø 30 mm, and it is designed so that, if it receives a force greater than its strength, the rod bends without damaging the floor or the anchor: the rod is easily replaced, with no building work.
Its outlets let you join it with bars to other bollards with outlets to form barriers that protect whole areas and walkways.

Installed without building work, using common tools. Anchoring: PVC housing and metal nut that holds the rod; 125 mm stem. Tools: tape measure, pencil, drill with a 12 mm bit, no. 17 spanner and hand saw.
We recommend leaving 50 mm between the bollard base and the wall, and another 50 mm when protecting a walkway (as long as it does not get in the way of a swing door).
Join this bollard to other bollards with outlets using the Ø 61 mm solid polyethylene bars DFM-750 (0.75 m) and DFM-1000 (1.2 m).

The inside. BASIC has no core; TOP has an AISI 304 stainless steel frame; PLUS and ULTRA have a 30 mm class 8.8 steel rod. ULTRA is also a solid high-density polyethylene bollard, 500 or 1000 mm high. BASIC, TOP and PLUS are Ø 100 mm, and ULTRA is Ø 120 mm.
