testo 104 waterproof penetration thermometer
The testo 104 is a folding penetration thermometer designed for daily work in the food industry: its metal hinge withstands intensive use, the housing is waterproof (IP65) and can be washed under the tap.
It measures from -50 to +250 ºC, automatically detects the final value (Auto Hold) and stores minimum and maximum values. It comes with coloured stickers to assign each thermometer to an area (raw, cooked, fish…) and avoid cross-contamination.
