Description
testo 191 HACCP data logger
The testo 191 are compact steel and PEEK plastic loggers designed to travel inside the process: canning autoclaves, pasteurisers, cooking ovens and industrial washers. They measure temperature with a ±0.1 ºC Pt1000 sensor (or pressure on the P1 model), are IP68 waterproof and withstand up to +140 ºC.
The battery is changed in seconds without losing tightness, and with the multi-function case several loggers can be programmed and read out at once; the software creates the documentation for the HACCP system. Versions with short rigid (T1), long rigid (T2), long flexible (T3), two flexible probes (T4) and pressure (P1).
