testo BT kitchen measuring kit

This kit combines in a washable case the two most common checks in a professional kitchen: frying oil quality with the testo 270 BT and food temperature with the testo 104-IR BT infrared and probe thermometer.

Both instruments connect via Bluetooth to the testo Smart App, which stores readings and generates HACCP reports without handwritten notes. Reference oil for calibrating the testo 270 BT is included.
