The Infrico VSU 4 PR is a countertop refrigerated display case from the VSU range, designed to display sushi, fish and seafood on the bar. It has a flat base, 2 sliding glass doors, LED lighting and a dark finish that makes the product stand out. It measures 1268 × 410 × 230 mm. The PR version shares dimensions and performance with the VSU P; the layout of the unit is different, as shown in the photos. With these dimensions it fits on bars, counters and tight spaces while still giving a good display.
It offers 9 litres of capacity and 0.23 m² of display surface, with fan-assisted cooling between -1 °C and +7 °C, digital control and natural refrigerant R290. Power rating 225 W, cooling capacity 370 W and energy consumption 4.81 kWh per 24 hours.
Ideal for Japanese restaurants, small sushi bars and bars offering a short selection of sushi or raw fish.
