The Infrico VSU 6 PR is a countertop refrigerated display case from the VSU range, designed to display sushi, fish and seafood on the bar. It has a flat base, 2 sliding glass doors, LED lighting and a dark finish that makes the product stand out. It measures 1620 × 410 × 230 mm. The PR version shares dimensions and performance with the VSU P; the layout of the unit is different, as shown in the photos. With these dimensions it balances the space it takes up with the amount of product on show.
It offers 14 litres of capacity and 0.34 m² of display surface, with fan-assisted cooling between -1 °C and +7 °C, digital control and natural refrigerant R290. Power rating 227 W, cooling capacity 370 W and energy consumption 4.83 kWh per 24 hours.
Suitable for sushi restaurants, seafood restaurants and gastro bars displaying several pieces and trays at once.
