The Infrico VSU 8 PR is a countertop refrigerated display case from the VSU range, designed to display sushi, fish and seafood on the bar. It has a flat base, 2 sliding glass doors, LED lighting and a dark finish that makes the product stand out. It measures 1972 × 410 × 230 mm. The PR version shares dimensions and performance with the VSU P; the layout of the unit is different, as shown in the photos. With these dimensions it is designed for long counters and outlets with a wide variety of products.
It offers 16 litres of capacity and 0.46 m² of display surface, with fan-assisted cooling between -1 °C and +7 °C, digital control and natural refrigerant R290. Power rating 228 W, cooling capacity 370 W and energy consumption 4.85 kWh per 24 hours.
Designed for long sushi bars, buffets and restaurants with a wide variety of pieces, fish and seafood on show.
