RP-RC430V semi-automatic tray sealer with vacuum and gas

The RP-RC430V is a compact semi-automatic tray sealer for packing products in trays, designed for medium production runs. You can choose sealing only or vacuum and gas packing (MAP); an electronic sensor controls the vacuum percentage and the proportion of gas injected.

Advantages

  • Screen with 10 programs and electronic temperature control.
  • Trays up to 420 × 280 mm and 100 mm deep; film up to 420 mm wide.
  • Sealing starts when the mould is inserted, with an audible signal at the end of the cycle.
  • Upper mould without perimeter cut and intermediate cutting unit, or mould for individual trimming of trays; mould change in 3 minutes.
  • Quick gas connection at the back. Gas at max. 2.5 bar and compressed air at 6 bar.
  • Power supply 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase, to choose; 2,500 / 3,500 W.

Options: Skin in trays and Skin up on cardboard, mark reader for printed film, automatic film take-up, automatic drawer and moulds made to your tray.
