RPS 430RT rotary semi-automatic tray sealer with vacuum and gas
The RPS 430RT is a semi-automatic tray sealer with a rotary table for packing products in trays and cardboard, designed for medium production runs. While one tray is being sealed the next one is prepared, cutting idle time. As standard it works in sealing only or sealing with vacuum and gas (MAP), selected on the screen.
Advantages
- 7″ touch screen with 10 programs: temperature, sealing time, vacuum and gas percentage, among others.
- 63 m³/h vacuum pump included (100 m³/h optional).
- Trays up to 420 × 280 mm and 100 mm deep; film up to 340 mm wide and reel Ø 230 mm.
- Automatic cycle start when the table is positioned and light and audible signal at the end of the cycle.
- Automatic film take-up and mould and counter-mould change in 3 minutes, with or without film trimming.
- Power supply 400 V · 50 Hz, 2,500 / 3,500 W. Gas at max. 3 bar and compressed air at 6 bar.
Options: Skin in trays and Skin up on cardboard (product up to 35 mm high), mark reader for printed film, tray extractor and moulds made to your tray.
