Description
EVC-26/27 automatic vacuum packing and shrink line
Automatic vacuum packing and shrink line made up of an EVC-26 or EVC-27 chamber vacuum packer with automatic loading and unloading belt and an RET-A-4 or RET-A-4-11 automatic shrink tank, for large production runs of medium and large products.
How the line works
- At the push of a button, the packer closes the lid, vacuums and seals, and ejects the product automatically.
- While the cycle runs, the operator places the next bags on the other side of the chamber, with nothing in the way between the feed belt and the chamber.
- A sensor at the tank inlet detects each pack and starts the shrink cycle: infeed, hot water immersion, draining and outfeed.
- A bag dryer can be fitted at the tank outlet so packs are ready for weighing and labelling.

- RET-A-4: Automatic shrink tank.
- RET-A-4-11: High-capacity automatic shrink tank (alternative).
