Berkel B114 manual flywheel slicer, 319 mm blade
The Berkel Volano B114 is a manual flywheel slicer for delicatessens, restaurants and gourmet shops. It brings back the legend of Berkel’s historic red 1898 Series with a 319 mm blade, painted aluminium and stainless steel parts. It handles all kinds of cured meats.
Ø 319 mm 100Cr6 chromed steel blade, slices from 0 to 1.5 mm and a cutting capacity of Ø 215 mm round or 280 × 215 mm rectangular. Available in red or black.

- 319 mm 100Cr6 chromed steel blade with professional profile: even slices and less waste.
- Fast feed and millimetric plate adjustment.
- 11-setting thickness selector from 0 to 1.5 mm, and a very thin last slice.
- Classic Berkel flywheel, internally balanced to stay put in any position.
- Removable single-movement sharpener.
- Pusher with stainless steel rack and chromed aluminium frame to hold the product firmly.
- Removable stainless steel plate and under-plate, and dishwasher-safe stainless steel receiving tray.
- Chromed blade guard ring opened by a lever under the tower, and ergonomic black anodised aluminium controls.
It can be mounted on the Berkel pedestal for B3, Tribute and B114, matching the slicer colour.
