The TOP low bollard with 2 outlets (model BB-TOP-2S) is a protection post 250 mm high and Ø 100 mm that is anchored to the floor to protect walls, doors, pillars, racks and cold room panels from impacts by manual pallet trucks and stackers. We make it in Spain.
The TOP range offers medium protection and is used in facilities with considerable load traffic moved with manual pallet trucks and stackers. Its high-quality core, an AISI 304 stainless steel frame with a 4 mm base and 2 mm walls, gives it great resistance to heavy impacts.
Its outlets let you join it with bars to other bollards with outlets to form barriers that protect whole areas and walkways.
Protection of walls, doors, pillars, racks and panels in cold rooms, cutting rooms and warehouses where manual pallet trucks and stackers move around.
Installed without building work, using common tools. Anchoring: 4 M10 expansion anchors. Tools: tape measure, pencil, drill with a 12 mm bit, no. 17 spanner and hand saw.
We recommend leaving 50 mm between the bollard base and the wall, and another 50 mm when protecting a walkway (as long as it does not get in the way of a swing door).
Join this bollard to other bollards with outlets using the Ø 61 mm solid polyethylene bars DFM-750 (0.75 m) and DFM-1000 (1.2 m).

The inside. BASIC has no core; TOP has an AISI 304 stainless steel frame; PLUS and ULTRA have a 30 mm class 8.8 steel rod. ULTRA is also a solid high-density polyethylene bollard, 500 or 1000 mm high. BASIC, TOP and PLUS are Ø 100 mm, and ULTRA is Ø 120 mm.
It is fixed to the floor with 4 M10 expansion anchors. No building work is needed.
