EVDA-20 automatic vacuum packing and shrink line

Automatic vacuum packing and shrink line made up of the EVDA-20 double chamber vacuum packer, the CT-3000/400 conveyor and an RET-A-4 or RET-A-4-11 automatic shrink tank, for large production runs with products of all shapes and sizes.

How the line works

1. Each EVDA-20 chamber has its own belt; the evacuation timer lets you choose whether products leave the machine automatically at the end of the cycle.
2. The CT-3000/400 conveyor, synchronised with the packer, carries the packs to the shrink tank.
3. A sensor at the tank inlet detects each pack and starts the shrink cycle: infeed, hot water immersion, draining and outfeed.
4. The TSA bag dryer can be fitted at the tank outlet so packs go straight to weighing and labelling.
