The Infrico ME 1000 EN is a refrigerated saladette from the GN 1/1 700 Series (700 mm deep), in its salad version (EN), with 2 doors and a worktop for assembling salads, sandwiches and cold dishes. It measures 978 × 700 × 895/1050 mm.

It works between 0 °C and +6 °C with fan-assisted cooling, digital control and R290 refrigerant. It has 230 litres of capacity, a power rating of 210 W and a cooling capacity of 370 W.
