The Infrico ME 1003 BAN is a refrigerated saladette from the GN 1/1 700 Series (700 mm deep), in its BAN version, with 3 doors and a worktop for assembling salads, sandwiches and cold dishes. It measures 1460 × 700 × 890 mm.

It works between 0 °C and +6 °C with fan-assisted cooling, digital control and R290 refrigerant. It has 355 litres of capacity, a power rating of 368 W and a cooling capacity of 690 W.
