Description
Mainca FC-25 hydraulic sausage filler, 25 litres
The FC-25 is a hydraulic piston filler with a 25 litres cylinder, designed for medium production. The hydraulic unit, with an independent oil tank, is built to work at 120 bar through long sessions.
Speed and pressure are set with a knob. When the knee lever is released the piston decompresses automatically and stops the flow through the nozzle. The smooth outlet avoids smearing the meat or dulling its colour.
