ULTRA 1000 bollard: 1-metre protection for heavy-load traffic

The ULTRA 1000 bollard is used in industries where heavy loads are moved at high speed. It is 1,000 mm high with a diameter of 120 mm, has a high-density polyethylene solid body and a core made of a class 8.8 steel rod, Ø 30 mm. Its great versatility means it can be used to protect any element: walls, doors, pillars, shelving or machinery.

It is designed so that, when it receives a force greater than the resistance it offers, the rod bends without damaging the floor or the anchoring. The rod can then be easily replaced without any building work.

Only the height: the ULTRA 500 is 500 mm high and the ULTRA 1000 is 1,000 mm high. Both have a diameter of 120 mm, a high-density polyethylene solid body, a class 8.8 steel rod core, Ø 30 mm, and the same anchoring.

How does the ULTRA 1000 bollard differ from the Basic, Top and Plus ranges?

The Basic, Top and Plus ranges are 250 and 450 mm high and are designed for loads that are not too heavy, mostly moved with manual pallet trucks.
