EVA-9-11 automatic vacuum packing and shrink line

Automatic vacuum packing and shrink line made up of the PA-9-11 pre-feeder, the EVA-9-11 chamber vacuum packer (U/E version) and an RET-A-4 or RET-A-4-11 automatic shrink tank, designed for large production runs of bulky products.

How the line works

1. The operator places the bagged products on the pre-feeder belt; automatic levelling of the two belts makes them move smoothly.
2. A lifting system on the packer’s internal belt brings the products into the chamber, correctly positioned for packing.
3. At the push of a button, the EVA-9-11 closes the lid, vacuums and seals, and ejects the product automatically.
4. A sensor at the tank inlet detects each pack and starts the shrink cycle: infeed, hot water immersion, draining and outfeed.
5. The TSA bag dryer can be fitted at the tank outlet so packs go straight to weighing and labelling.
