Description
Mainca CM-14 benchtop bowl cutter, 14 litres
The CM-14 is Mainca’s most compact bowl cutter: it works on a bench with a 14-litre bowl (± 9 kg) and takes you from a coarse cut to a fine emulsion on the same machine. It is the right size for pilot plants, workshops and artisan production.
It has two independent motors, one for the knives and one for the bowl, each with two speeds that can be combined: knives at 1,500 or 3,000 rpm and bowl at 10 or 20 rpm. This lets you match the cut to each recipe and keep better control of the batter temperature.
Advantages

- Clean cut and homogeneous batter, with high absorption capacity in emulsions. Suitable for frozen meat.
- Safety: the knives brake when the lid is lifted, emergency stop button and thermally protected motors.
- Switch for emptying and washing the bowl and a thermometer to monitor product temperature.

Three-phase in three voltages: 1CM14R (400 V, 50 Hz), 1CM14O (230 V, 50 Hz) and 1CM14J (200 V, 50/60 Hz). Options: 6-knife set, transparent soundproof tilting lid, complete additional 3-knife head and wheeled stand of 80 × 45 × 42 cm.
