Description
Mainca CM-41 40-litre bowl cutter for medium production
The CM-41 is Mainca’s standard bowl cutter for medium production: a floor-standing machine with a 40-litre bowl (± 25 kg) that works from a coarse cut to a fine emulsion.
The knife motor delivers 9 / 11 HP (6.62 / 8.09 kW) at 1,500 or 3,000 rpm, and the bowl turns at 10 or 20 rpm. The four combinations let you fine-tune the cut and control batter temperature.
Advantages

- Clean cut and homogeneous batter, with high absorption capacity in emulsions. Suitable for frozen meat.
- Safety: the knives brake when the lid is lifted, emergency stop button and thermally protected motors.

Versions and options
Three-phase in three voltages: 1CM41R (400 V, 50 Hz), 1CM41O (230 V, 50 Hz) and 1CM41VT (200 V, 50 Hz). Options: 6-knife set and complete additional 3-knife head.
