Description
The rotating loading grid is a stainless steel accessory measuring 185 x 280 mm that makes it easier to get product into the pouch before vacuum packing. It is designed for sliced product, which is the hardest to load without the slices going out of order or sticking together.
What this accessory is used for
Anyone who slices daily knows the problem: as the stack is pushed into the pouch, the slices fan out, crease or stop halfway. The rotating grid solves that step. The stack is laid on the grid, the grid is turned, and the product goes into the pouch in one movement, in order and without being touched by hand.
- Charcuterie: sliced ham, cured loin, chorizo and salami.
- Butchery: cooked meats and prepared products in slices.
- Cheese counter: cheese slices, which stick to each other easily.
- Production and slicing rooms: repeated runs of the same format.
- Supermarkets: in-house packing on the delicatessen section.

What the supply includes
One stainless steel rotating loading grid, 185 x 280 mm.
It is a standalone accessory; the vacuum packing machine and the pouches are ordered separately.
Frequently asked questions
How exactly is it used?
Place the sliced product on the grid, bring the pouch around it and turn the grid so the stack passes inside with the order of the slices kept. Then withdraw the grid and the pouch goes into the machine with the product already correctly positioned.
Will it work with any vacuum packing machine?
Yes. It is a standalone accessory used outside the machine, at the pouch-filling step, so it does not depend on the machine model and is not connected to it. What does have to match is the size of the stack and the size of the pouch.
Is it only for sliced product?
It is designed specifically for sliced product, which is where the difficulty of loading a pouch is most noticeable. For whole pieces or loose product it adds nothing, because those go into the pouch without difficulty.
What size is it?
The grid measures 185 x 280 mm, a size intended for the usual charcuterie slice stacks. Check that your slicing format and your pouch size fit those dimensions before ordering it.
Can it go in a dishwasher?
Being stainless steel, it takes the normal cleaning and disinfection procedures of a production room. As with any food contact utensil, include it in the daily cleaning plan and dry it thoroughly before putting it away.
